Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products.

  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.

  • Gift cards.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


4. Exchanges

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the defect or damage along with your order details when contacting us. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.


6. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, package the item securely and send it to the address provided in our return instructions.

Please ensure the item is returned using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost returns.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please:

  • Check your bank account or payment provider for pending transactions.

  • Contact your payment provider as there may be delays in processing.
